You access the NTFS partition from/thru *Linux* ... and it has nothing to do with ext2fs !! And whats wrong with using the ntfs module that comes with the kernel ?? Why don't you improve upon that make it better and help others rather than write it from scratch ... which has no utitily value when there's already a driver present.
