One thing : Not advocacy : I have used and found SuSE Linux better than
RHL on the following accords.

1. Journalling FS : ReiserFS has been here for more than a year now - as a
   part of standard distribution.

2. YaST has proved to be at least as comfortable as linuxconf.

3. The updates and patches are available at very high bandwidth and for
   old releases also.

4. The collection of software they supply, is close to exhaustive so one
set of CDs is more than sufficient.

5. Bugs are rare [personal evaluation] and

6. Hardware support is probably the best amongst the Linuxes in the world.

Give it a try - you guys - and see if you like it. It can be worth your
time. Any of you in Bombay?

I remember that Chip had come up with SuSE's 6.3 evaluation version long
time back. Any news since?

Rohit
