Hi, I have just visted the project site mentioned by u. It is an excellent effort. As I am interested to see linux in bangla, may I know how can we make it compatible in bengali? As far as I know, bangla is not yet unicode defined (i may be wrong), I have used the TTF font available from Shusha Project to display bangla fonts (converted to afm) under linux and used them for my own applications. Can you please elaborate the technology in details?
