Are these on a common network. If yes, are they
all on Linux or are of mixed OS type of set up?

There is package called "mtools" just for this. Once installed
you can do manipulation of DOS floppies/ partitions using all
commonly used DOS syntax with prefix of "m" ... For example :
mcopy a:/test.txt /home/usr/. For directory listing: mdir a:; 
or mformat a: to format a: as msdos floppy
