Put something like
rdate -s some.time.server;/usr/sbin/setclock
in your startup scripts (assuming you are online all the time - otherwise put
it in /etc/ppp/ip-up.local or whatever your ppp startup script is).
You can get a list of good timeservers from several places on the 'net -
time.nuri.net is one such which is open to the world (others place
restrictions on the geographical areas which can access it - for example
'only from australia', 'only from europe', etc)
