Because, the library might be in development and bundling one version with
galeon might fork two version of the library (one that works with galeon
and one that works with mozilla).

And if in the future some part of the Mozilla library is changed, _and_
galeon uses an older version, _and_ the user uses both Mozilla (with its
newer library) and galeon, then you have the equivalent of DLL hell.
