Oh my ... without support of the dynamic linker/ loader no dynamically linked executable will run! If you have the file /lib/ld-linux.so.2 ( usually a symlink to the actual file for your version of ld.so installed), then, AFAIK the only cause is running out of memory. Check out the apps you are running, there will be one of them hogging up more memory than needed ...
