AFAIK, SuSE 7.2 and 7.3 are also supported.

You must be on a really fast line,  contemplating  this type
of download. Getting a CD off the shelf would be cheaper ...
7.1 is outdated, may get under  reduced costs too (Single CD
maybe as low as Rs 100/- or so). Getting the 5 CD "Official" 
set) would give you almost everything that you are likely to 
need under SuSE.
