1) Create a group (eg. staff)

2) Add all users who want write access to this share to the group
"staff"

3) chown admin.staff /path/to/share

4) Set the the "sticky" and "setgid" bit on the exported share
directory. The sticky bit ensures that only the _owner_ of the file is
allowed to _delete_ the file and not the group.

# chmod 3775 /path/to/share

5) Use "force create mode = 775" and "inherit permissions" options in
smb.conf on the share (see man smb.conf)

Try this, it _should_ do what u want!
