I am using RedHat 7.1

1) The partition for oracle is seprate and its healthy
2) i am using 512 mb ram, it gives some problem of
shared library and throwing some exceptions, so i think
it is a software problem(s).

suresh,
i tried to contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] but they say, oracle 9i is supported
on suse 7.1 only so, they suggested to install it on suse 7.1 .

But there are people who could manage to install oracle 9i
on dist. other than suse, so i think i should be able to do this.

How can i be sure that, these porblem will not occure
in suse 7.1. if i can get that assurance, then i can go to buy
suse 7.3 which costs 3500 Rs.
