A partition created by windows fdisk for sure. Most probably it hosts a FAT file system. Golden rule of multi boot machine. Use same OS for partitioning as that of install. A partition for linux is better created from linux. Exception is win9x FAT partitions. Create them in linux and format them in windows.. I formatted the table you sent but couldn't make any head and tail out of that. Start sectors were absolutely mangled if you ask me. Better if you post output of 'fdisk -l /dev/hda' during linux installation. That will be a bit more friendlier..
