Hiii
I have a APC Back-UPS Pro connected to three
machines on the network. I tried to install the
powerchute plus software for linux on one of the
system which is connected to UPS thro a interface
cable.I have installed both the user interface and
monitoring daemon on this particular workstation.When
I tried to run the user interface I am unable to view
the settings for connected Back UPS Pro.
I am using #940-0024C cable as the interface cable
instead of the recommended #940-0095A for Back-UPS
Pro.Does it cause any problems ? But I did not face
any problems during installation.
Can someone with hands on experience bail me out?

P.S : Also how do I create a pwrchute account after
installation as required for running the user
interface.
