Softhome also supports pop before smtp (and you can basically also
authenticate yourself by logging into softhome's webmail service - but in
practice this won't work out, in cases like, for example, where the ISP
forces your HTTP through a cacheflow or other caching proxy - vsnl does this)

http://www.sendmail.org/~ca/email/auth.html is _the_ AUTH howto ... check it
out. Will require some work (and maybe recompilation of sendmail if you are
unlucky - though rpm builds are fairly 'kitchen sink' in nature so it may not
be needed)

LOST #052 -**< Sub : Multiple X sessions >**-
It is possible to open more than one "X" session on a single
box. Not recommended because of the severe drain on resources.
As User #1 (from console) : $startx -- :0
As User #2 (from console) : $startx -- :1 ... and so on
Toggle between sessions with Ctrl+Alt+F(n) and Ctrl+Alt+F(n+1)
and so on ... where n is the first free tty (usually F7)
