Just about every linux distro comes with at least one mailserver - most commonly sendmail. For accessing mails through a browser, you need a webmail software (NOT a mailserver) like squirrelmail (http://www.squirrelmail.org) <- that means you need apache with mod-php4, and an imap server (say uw-imapd) -- Suresh Ramasubramanian <----> mallet <at> efn dot org EMail Sturmbannfuhrer, Lower Middle Class Unix Sysadmin [Linux One Stanza Tip] From : <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> LOST #163 -**< Sub : She-bang ! >**- The she-bang (#!) at the beginning of a script is actually a 2 byte "magic number" which designates an executable script. See 'man magic' for details. Tells the system that ensuing lines are to be fed to the command interpreter indicated. _______________________________________________ linux-india-help mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help
