Hi, Our company is planning to lease a line from VSNL to provide internet access to employees and their families. We are provided with accommodation within our company's premises and hence we plan to provide [Internet via ]cable access to some 50 nos. apartments to start with.
We are planning to implement a complete linux solution to the project. For such a setup of 50 nos. connections do we need a cisco router or will linux router stand the test? Will you please help me out with your views on such a setup, and what are needed etc. Any suggestions will highly be appreciated.
