rpm -ivh is all you have to do - mysql-devel, php-devel etc are needed I
guess if you want to compile and install stuff. If you are installing by
rpm, also check that the actual version of mysql that the php and php-mysql
rpms are looking for

digests). In your .procmailrc (or /etc/procmailrc) add:
