OK ... just make sure you list foo1.com as a nameserver for that in whois.
Then, configure named to take an additional zonefile ... put it in the
named.conf (see the pattern there) and create a zonefile for the new domain
in /var/named.

man pages may be kept in different sections.  Often there is a
requirement to read a  specific page, rather than the default.
e.g. whatis man will reveal man (1), man (7) and man.conf (5),
and what you want is man (7); type in :- $man 7 man
