Sometime Today, Pravinkumar_Shivakumar assembled some asciibets to say:

mod_userdir will be compiled as a shared module, so it will not show up
in the listing. Check if it is enabled int httpd.conf. Of course, if
your user directories work now, then it means that mod_userdir is
loaded.
