I do'nt know either. But that is how M$ world has
created panic amongst
users. Due to Outlook, Word, Excell , Macros and IE
vulnarability, many
people still have the impression, that attachments in
any platform are
injurious to PC's health ! And so is the demand from a
office.

Very thoughtful ! Will have to discuss this point with
the
concerned NTPC contractor. Have not used gpg, though.
