Not by default. You have to have: subscribe linux-india-help in .muttrc. With KMail, it is right click on the folder, Properties, check Folder holds a mailing list, and then enter the address in the posting address field. We had agreed a few weeks ago that pine and pegasus were the only known email software that implemented RFC 2369.
