By default webmin runs on port 10000, check if it is blocked.
Check whether webmin works form the localhost.

hi,
i am using my linbox(RedHat 7.1) as a router between two subnets. also i
am running a firewall (iptables).
all the traffic to internet goes through this machine.
certain times i am not able to login to my machine. login
crashes with core dump also CTRL+ALT+DEL doesn't reboot
the machine. even if i try to reboot the machine from
webmin interface( from the browser on a diferent machine)
things doesn't work out. if i try to execute any command
from webmin interface , command doesn't get executed.
but all the services are running properly also system responds to the ping
requests.
please help me.
