This is not mutt's job - you should be better off doing this with
procmail - you do use fetchmail/sendmail/procmail to download
mails from yahoo, don't you? There should be scriptable software
listed on freshmeat for this kind of things.

'i' stands for international - which means that this version has
pgp hooks code included, and is to be downloaded from servers
located outside the US of A. With the US relaxing export restrictions
on crypto software, I guess this issue is moot now.

Every email is supposed to have a unique message id. This is usually
generated by the mail client.
