Well, it is what is _basically_ called systems analysis (and grows out of
that). It is the application and use of engineering principles in the
writing of code (stuff like analysing, working out specs for a project,
figuring out code reuse, scheduling development stages etc).
Comes in quite useful on a large project.

OE boundary, starting with an underscore ( _Outlook_ ... ) . A
procmail recipe to segregate mail with such payload:
