There are various tools like aux2bib, printbib ... ofcource if your
platform is Unix :-)

And there is a LaTeX package biblist.sty.

You may have to make a tex file using `article' class and biblist package.

Some thing like :

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{biblist}

\begin{document}
\bibliographystyle{your-favorite-bst}
\bibliography{your-bib-file}
\end{document}

Run latex, bibtex and then latex

That's all, if my mem serves me right...
