by default the address is hidden on the list archives in geocrawler - to prevent web harvesting bots from scraping addresses (or anything that has an @ in it - even stuff like [EMAIL PROTECTED] - and adding it to a spam database - yes, there are morons who do that ... and scum who develop software for that) > BTW, is there any command in majordomo etc. which gives you all addresses > subscribed to lists? If yes it should be restricted too.. the "LISTS" and "WHO" commands ... gives you the lists on the server, and the list of all users ... both are restricted on sourceforge. -- Suresh Ramasubramanian <----> mallet <at> efn dot org EMail Sturmbannfuhrer, Lower Middle Class Unix Sysadmin [Linux One Stanza Tip] From : <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> LOST #121 -**< Sub : Colourful Prompts >**- Put this in your .bashrc / .bash_profile For Root : PS1='\[\e[22m\e[40m\e[41m\]\h:\w\$\[\e[22m\e[40m\e[37m\] ' For an User: PS1='\[\e[22m\e[40m\e[32m\]\u@\h:\w\$\[\e[22m\e[40m\e[37m\] ' _______________________________________________ linux-india-help mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help
