Hi,
U have to modify to modify the entery of monitor.Check xf86config file in /etc/X11
dir.U have to change value of Vertical & Horizontal sync rate with the value given for
new monitor.U can get this value from manual of monitor.
Other way is XF86Config command u can configure monitor and devices.It may possible
that ur new monitor entry may be present there so u don't have to make entry ,it will
take automatically. Hoping this will solve ur problem.
