Well I have heard this before on the list BUT GNUCASH is NOT AN accounting software like Tally. GNUCASH is a personal finance manager while TALLY is an accounting software for the small office environment with usual features like billing, inventory, etc which GNUCASH lacks as its out of scope of the requirements of a personal financial accounting.
