Why should they relay for you? They must have something like POP before
SMTP in place (cannot find SMTP AUTH in the EHLO response). Pop your
mail before trying this. Or you might have to use their dial-up pool for
relaying.

PS: The argument to HELO/EHLO is supposed to be your fully qualified domain
name, not your email id.
