Sorry for the late reply, I remember that a week ago somebody asked that
he is not able to start swat in netscape using http://localhost/901. The
probable solution is provided below hope it helps.
1)
a) make sure the following line exists in /etc/services
swat 901/tcp
b) and the following line in /etc/xinetd.d/swat
disable=no
2) give the following command
#/etc/init.d/xinetd restart.
