IIRC, about 1 mb is needed for the daemon alone. For each data-
base selected, additional amount is needed  ... perhaps  about
3 to 5 mb with a single database is what I remember. I removed
it on that ground alone, and went on to  ispell (off-line)  to 
do my spell checks.
