Just why the hell does anybody want to execute root priv commands with php /
apache anyway?  Just about anything that runs and has to be configured using
the web - there's chroot, jail etc.  Then there are daemons which can take
their config files and user dbs from other files rather than /etc/passwd

Trying to execute root priv commands over the web - using sudo or anything
else - is stupid, imho
