Hi All ! Recently we have encountered a problem (bug) in our Sendmail 8.9.x . Any user after telnetting at port 25 is able to impersonate as someone else & send mails to anyone ? This is really chaotic if misused ! We tried to install Q-mail hoping to alleviate this problem but alas it couldn't . Can it be fixed , through any path or changing some config ? so that a user has to prove his credentials before sending mails through the mails server .
