While trying to send mail I am getting the following error.What could be
the problem?
An error occurred while sending mail.
The mail server responded:
4.7.1 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>...Relaying temporarily denied.Cannot
resolve PTR record for 192.168.1.24
Please check the message recipients and try again.
I've got a line
192.168.1 RELAY
in /etc/mail/access.I'm also running mailscanner with f-prot.Could it
be due to mailscanner not starting properly?
I have specified to relay from the 192.168.1/24 subnet in my access db
but these internal ips do not resolve through dns so can i safely
comment out the line
dnl FEATURE(`accept_unresolvable_domains')dnl
in sendmail.mc
