hi there thanks for replying..! but one small problem :( i wanted to know the internal format of the config file
I just cant add any channels ..using the channel editor.. ie, i dont get any ..picture..... how do i manually tune the channels? (ie, if i know the frequency..of the channels.) ??? i did go throught the xawtv man pages, but it says very little about tuning.. scantv is also of little use, bcoz, it does not ..scan the indian-cable system. (ie, freq) any pointers would be of great help regards, -Arjun Prabhu K http://www.arjunprabhu.com ----- Original Message ----- From: Naren Devaiah To: Linux India Help Sent: Wednesday, March 06, 2002 12:33 AM Subject: Re: [LIH] xawtv The config file is in text format. Something similar to the .ini files one would find under Windows. Right click on the xawtv window and use the channel editor. Add a channel and save. This should create a small config file for you in your $HOME. Look at the xawtv documentation too. -Naren On Tue, 5 Mar 2002, Arjun Prabhu K wrote: > hi > > does any one knows the format of the config file required for xawtv? > i would to make use of my bt878 tvtuner card on.. my linux box > > > regards, > -Arjun Prabhu K > http://www.arjunprabhu.com > > > _______________________________________________ > linux-india-help mailing list > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help > _______________________________________________ linux-india-help mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help _______________________________________________ linux-india-help mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help
