Hi All, Dheeraj, Abrar and Rohan thanks Guys.I got the thing sorted.now I can FTp successfully from other m/c to my PC.Actually the problem was with Firewall-config.Re-configured it once, everything got all right.SO guys Thanks once again, without you all it wud have been impossible. Cheers. Satya.
