In most normal situations, the scene is "use whatever mailserver you are most
comfortable with".  One mailserver over other won't matter very much unless
you have anywhere over several thousand to a few million users.

Is your keyboard so fast that  you get repeat characters like
thhiiissss ? You can slow it down ... Try :  `kbdrate -r 3.0`
This permits 3 keystrokes per second. 'man kbdrate' for more.
