resources: two phone lines.
1 linux machine, two ( or 1) windows machine.
mgetty, ppp.

I use mgetty and ppp for modem to modem, serial connection. I will send url
from where i got configuration details . It was posted on the list by some
one.

only problem is speed, however it is faster than VPN.
