Its an MUA issue ... most MUAs care for some signature.

Yes, several ways:

a) Install fortune, sigrot, autosig, sigit or such signature
   rotation programs.
   
b) Use  rotator script (if on mutt or pine). This is capable
   of LOST sigs (random and specific), alternate sig set, No 
   sig and reserved sig. I would be putting up a PGP capable
   (ascii-armor) version shortly on the site. You can choose
   any one sig type depending upon the mail.  Have a look at
   http://lost.sourceforge.net. I put  my sigs that way. For
   other mailers (and X mailers), there is gen-sig  with the
   same project.
   
c) A sig seperator "dash-dash-space-return" as stated in some
   of the replies on this thread is demonstrated below.
