Sometime on Mar 19, [EMAIL PROTECTED] assembled some asciibets to say:

please fix your mail client to wrap lines at 74 characters.

you cannot stop this unless you somehow get apache to run setuid the
owner of a file for each request.  suexec may help, but I honestly know
of no way to do this.
