Quanta is good. For few reasons. 1)While it helps to design quick pages, it serves as nice tutorial for HTML syntax. Had been good enough for me. 2)Integrates nicely with KDE and provides a preview withut leaving quanta. Anyway that's minor. Alas.. it doesn't support enough widgets/javascripts like bluefish.
