Well - if the domain is innomedia.soft.net innomedia.soft.net name server ns.innomedia.soft.net innomedia.soft.net name server stpb.soft.net Pri = ns.innomedia.soft.net - and sec - stpb.soft.net pri and sec ns are both answering authoritatively for innomedia - so that should be ok ideally. Have them force an ndc reload and check, as I said.
