Hi Listers, Today I wanted to check my hotmail a/c. After entering username and password (running in Konqueror on PCQ Linux7.1) the page displayed warning messages about leaving secure mode ... and then... IT COMPLETELY FROZE the m/c.
Nothing worked. ctrl +esc, ctrl+alt+f2 (to get console mode), ctrl+ alt + bkspc nothing worked. Mouse also froze. I could not even close the other open windows. No other go, hard reboot, I pressed reset button. Just to ensure that it was not Konqueror freezing on me (it has crashed on many sites , but never froze up), I logged into hot mail this time using opera, but the result is same. But this time ctrl+ alt + del worked and reset button was not required. Then I logged in to hotmail thru windows, this time it is smooth as silk. Is it another episode of M$ blocking linux user or am I getting paranoid?
