1. Force your users to use a webmail client or something similar that
   does not allow them to set a reply-to header

or

2. Forget about the damn thing.  Why are you trying to be such a control
   freak?

3. What guarantee do you have that your users will not use hotmail or
   something else to send out whatever "sensitive information" you are
   trying to conceal?

4. I think what you are dealing with is a social or managerial issue (as
   in, how to prevent people from leaking company information).  That is
   solved by having people with guns (or HR guys with blank "pink slips"
   standing behind each of your users).  Let your users know that if
   they leak company information, one way or the other, a "firing" will
   take place.

5. Stop asking the same damned question every single time.
