Famous kernel panic at shutdown. Doesn't mean anything usable except the fact 
that it's not a clean shutdown. You don't lose anything..

I used to get it on older versions. Supposedly solved in newer versions. Dunno 
why you are getting it. What version of kernel is?

Kernel can not use some APM features of your mobo.

Instead of shutdown reboot the machine and power it off when it's doin BIOS 
checks..
