Hi List,
When I run X at 1024x768 resolution, I cannot use my entire
horizontal real estate of my monitor. ie, I lose almost 2 inches
horizontally and that area appears dark. But I dont have any
such problem for 800x600 or even 1280x1024. Also Windows can play
1024x768 resolution well in the same machine.
I am having Xfree86 4.1 on Debian 2.4. My display card is
Trident 3DImage975 (4MB Video RAM) and my monitor is
ViewSonic E653 (15 inch).
Please tell me what's wrong.
