Hi,
thanks for your help, now the proxy working,
In client machine i configure the browser, proxy
setting by gave the ip of proxy(squid) running server
and port is 3128. When i open the page from client,
From proxy server i can view the flow of client
accessing page name and client ip.
One small doubt, if the client pages are
cached by proxy server means if the client again try to
access the same website, it should come from proxy or
it come from original webserver.i disconnect the
internet, then i open the same page from client it
doesn't get the page from cache of proxy server. Can u
tell me whether my assumsion is write or is it any
other way is their to check my client web pages from
proxy server.

to have the benifit of cacheing. if you want to test if
squid is functioning then just configure the browser so
that it uses the internal card of the proxy server for
proxy. then if the pages are displayed then squid is
running ok.

used something different. I presume that you have done
it intentionally and your web server is running
accordingly.
