Hi,

Due to some problem in relaying for some domains at our companies webhost's
server I have made the delivery of mails without using smarthost. This will
create its own problems. Some of the servers don't accept direct mails if you
are a dialup user.

My question is how can I configure sendmail to use smarthost in case the
direct delivery fails. Is it possible in sendmail ? Earlier we had mdaemon
server on NT in which there was an option to send through smarthost if
direct delivery fails.

Thanks in advance.

Peace

To change the message which greets you before the login prompt
appears, as root, edit the file /etc/motd ... FYI, motd stands
for Message Of The Day !
