Sorry - you are totally out of luck ... allow-transfer was introduced in
one of the earlier bind 8 versions.
You shouldnt be running 4.x anyway. Get rid of it and upgrade to bind 9
- or at least 8.3. Or have whoever is running it to upgrade (STP? very
likely. They are running other unpatched stuff over their entire network).
