Dear Sir,
While shutting down Linux 7.1, it takes me to the User Login in
text mode. After logging in text mode, I get the command prompt. I try to
reboot the system by issuing the following command "shutdown -r now". The
system then reboots showing the message "Stopping lpd: [FAILED] ".
Everytime for shutting down Linux, I have to do all this
manually. Please suggest a remedy to my problem.
