Should be quite easy to trace and hammer the idiot who is doing this ...
Anyway what you can do is to disable relaying for ALL ips except localhost,
and then enable auth. That forces everybody to use auth to send out mails.
The auth-ing user is logged in your maillogs.

Wondering what all those binaries in /bin, /sbin, /usr/bin and
other binary directories do ? As root create a whatis database
for your system with "makewhatis" command as root. Then as an
user type in "whatis some_program". "man whatis" for details.
